Established culture
The enviornment is now set. Players and staff now understand all expectations within the program. The program will now start to thrive under the established direction.
Success on the field
See an increase in the conference record (NCAA Tournament team) and compete on a national level. See the results of the hard work over previous two years.
Improved recruiting
With the program more established and results coming on the field, we now have the opportunity to target higher star recruits.
Continuous growth and improvement
The program is now running under the vision that I set out from the start. The roster is now made up of the players who fit the culture and expectations. Continue to aim for higher success in years to come.
Philosophy
I have no rules,
I have expectations
I believe term “rules” ask for individuals to be compliant where as “expectations” foster an outlook of commitment towards a group. In our case, this includes a commitment to one another with in the program.
